Back in 2015, I was barely making $800 a month despite having a pretty big following on Instagram and YouTube.
Even though I’d been working in a gym for years at that point, I still felt like a total imposter.
But I reached a moment where I was done playing small. I remember my first post sharing my coaching services online —it was terrifying and exhilarating.
And it’s part of how you got here today.

As a former fitness coach turned business coach and a 7-figure CEO, I use my 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, program development and content creation to help clients in my programs and my 1:1 coaching. While I started as a fitness coach, I’ve transitioned into business mentoring for other fitness coaches.
